Role Overview
This is a learning-focused, unpaid internship cantered on hiring execution and outreach. You will work on sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates through the hiring lifecycle in a structured, real-work environment.
Location: Remote
Duration: ~3 months
What you will do
- Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn and relevant platforms
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and candidate communication
- Coordinate interviews and support offer rollout
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers and ensure closure across stages
- Identify and filter relevant professionals and organizations based on defined criteria
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Interest in Talent Acquisition / Hiring workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (clear, concise communication)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for sourcing, outreach, and research
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive with willingness to take ownership
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
