Job Description – Talent Sourcer (Contractual – 1 Year, Renewable)
Function: Store Hiring – Domino’s Pizza
Work Location: Corporate Office, Skymark Building, Sector 98, Noida
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Lead
Experience: 1–4 years in volume hiring / direct candidate sourcing
Role Summary
The Talent Sourcer will drive high‑volume hiring for Shift Managers (SMs) and Store Managers (GDMs) for Domino’s stores. The role involves generating a steady pipeline through portals, direct sourcing, and local market connections.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source for frontline roles (SMs & GDMs) through:
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.)
- Social media groups and networking
- Direct/local sourcing channels
- Create a sustained pipeline to support expansion & backfills.
2. Screening & Assessment
- Conduct telephonic screening & schedule interviews.
3. Closure Management
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
- Manage trackers, and daily productivity reporting.
- Coordinate documentation for selected candidates.
