Talent Sourcer (Contract)We are looking for a curious and motivated Talent Sourcer for our US-based client (Chemical Manufacturing) on a contract basis. You will focus on identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Collaborate with recruiters to define talent profiles and sourcing plans.
- Sourcing: Research and identify candidates via social media, job boards, and networking.
- Engagement: Assess candidate fit and motivate high-quality talent to apply.
- Pipeline: Build and maintain a diverse candidate pool for current and future needs.
- Analysis: Track metrics and provide market insights to improve the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in talent sourcing or headhunting (in-house).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Search Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and database filtering.
- Intelligence: Ability to conduct labor market analysis and track industry trends.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
