About the role
India's GCC ecosystem (Global Capability Centre) is one of the most competitive talent markets in the country — and we need a hunter who knows it well. At Trigent Software, you will own senior leadership mandates end-to-end: mapping the market, engaging passive talent, and closing offers.
What you will do
Hunt & Source — Proactively headhunt passive senior talent across GCC organisations — Deploy LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and contact tools to reach the unreachable — Build and maintain live pipelines for leadership roles
Map & Advise — Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis for active mandates — Deliver market intelligence on benchmarks, notice periods, and competing offers — Challenge and re-align briefs when the market does not support them
Assess & Close — Run structured interviews to evaluate leadership fit and GCC readiness — Lead offer negotiations — handle counter-offers with composure — Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates through closing
Manage Stakeholders — Engage senior hiring stakeholders across cross-geography GCC structures — Navigate global-versus-local reporting dynamics with ease — Align expectations across time zones and approval layers
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to direct sourcing and headhunting
- proactive sourcing and passive candidate conversion as a core function, not occasionally
- Proven placements records ideally within GCC or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience recruiting for India GCCs of Fortune 500 or global organisations
- BFSI, tech, manufacturing, or shared services
- Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and contact discovery tools
- An existing network within India's GCC hiring community that you can activate from day one
