We are seeking an organised and proactive Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, successful project delivery, and long-term client satisfaction. You will manage daily interactions, coordinate internal teams, and oversee the performance of marketing campaigns and projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. Understand client goals, challenges, and strategic needs. Respond to client queries promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of client communications and project updates. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets for campaigns. Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Identify growth opportunities within accounts. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights. Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
