About the Role:
We're hiring across content, strategy, and outreach and need someone who owns the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to closing, rather than just filtering inbound applicants.
What You'll Own:
- Hiring for multiple roles at once, from senior to entry-level
- Sourcing through your own network and direct outreach
- Screening the candidates with real tests, trial tasks and portfolio checks, not resumes alone
- Negotiating offers and getting people to actually join
What Success Looks Like:
- A good talent, not just filling the position
- A pipeline/system you can reuse instead of rebuilding each time
- Multiple roles closed per month without dropping the bar
What We're Looking For:
- You've sourced candidates yourself, not just filtered inbound applicants
- You can tell a strong candidate from a good resume
- You're comfortable hiring across seniority levels
- You write clearly and negotiate offers with confidence
- You've closed hires, not just built shortlists
- Media or startup hiring experience is a plus, but fit matters more
