Talent Resourcer / Talent Sourcing Specialist
About the Role
If you are an exceptional Talent Resourcer / Talent Sourcing Specialist with an out-of-the-box approach to challenging searches, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As part of a collaborative, global RPO team, you will consult, brainstorm, and execute innovative sourcing strategies that help clients compete in today’s talent-driven marketplace. You’ll work across a wide variety of U.S.-based roles—from accountants to engineers to software developers—while expanding your expertise using the latest tools, technologies, and sourcing techniques. This is a hybrid position, working two days per week from our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies for high-demand talent
- Provide sourcing support for a broad range of U.S.-based positions at multiple levels
- Post open positions to internal and external sourcing channels
- Source candidates through traditional and emerging channels, including social media, text campaigns, telephone networking, user groups, and other networking activities
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines and networks for key roles
- Qualify candidates (direct applicants and internal candidates) to determine recruiter readiness
- Engage candidates in ways that promote positive candidate experiences
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand and articulate position requirements
- Participate in discovery and brainstorming sessions for challenging searches
- Track, monitor, and maintain accurate candidate information in recruiting systems
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of recruiting reports and applicant tracking data
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Solid experience sourcing U.S.-based talent using the Internet, including advanced search strings, power searching, and deep research
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across various job families and levels
- Experience searching major candidate databases and knowledge of current sourcing best practices
- Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools, including AI-driven solutions and chatbots
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to brainstorm effectively with recruiters and teammates
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative problem-solving, research, and analytical capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to high-quality candidate care
- Certification or formal training in sourcing via social media platforms is a plus
