Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Recruiter, based in Kota, with some flexibility for remote work. The Talent Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, identifying top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Recruiter will also maintain recruitment databases, develop effective communication strategies, and support employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and candidate sourcing
- Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and identifying top candidates
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and teams
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and selection processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Experience in IT/technology-related recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
