Role Purpose
Help bring Aptiv’s talent, culture, and employer brand priorities to life. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day delivery and support programs that strengthen the employee and candidate experience. Your work will span early talent, emerging talent, culture, and brand initiatives to keep priorities moving, communications clear, and execution high quality.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day delivery of talent, culture, and brand programs from planning through execution
- Coordinate program timelines, milestones, communications, and logistics to keep work on track across multiple initiatives
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and program leads to support cross-functional processes
- Support employer brand campaigns, employee advocacy efforts, and content that reflect Aptiv’s EVP and employee experience
- Help deliver events, activations, learning experiences, and engagement moments tied to talent and culture programs
- Track milestones, maintain program documentation, and prepare reporting and insights to support visibility, decision-making, and continuous improvement
- Support creation and maintenance of program materials and playbooks that improve consistency, visibility, and scale
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, talent, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail across multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting events, digital content, social channels, or campaign execution is a plus
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools, such as Copilot, to improve efficiency, visibility, and ways of working
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a learning mindset in a fast-moving global environment
