Roles And Responsibilities
- Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for open roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across platforms.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage interview pipelines.
- Ensure a strong and seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and optimize hiring trackers and processes.
- Structuring & Improving People Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations & Culture management (incl. of end to end onboarding - offboarding journey).
- Bring structure to existing HR processes and workflows.
- Identify gaps in current systems and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain trackers, SOPs, and documentation.
- Budgeting & Operational Support
- Assist in tracking hiring and people-related budgets.
- Support in vendor coordination.
- Help in cost optimization across HR operations.
- AI & Process Automation
- Work on building AI bots and automation workflows for hiring and HR ops
- Identify repetitive tasks and automate them using tools/AI
- Improve efficiency and scalability of people processes
