We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to streamline our day-to-day workforce processes, ensuring operational precision and a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Role Overview
As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary driver of our operational workflows. You will manage the logistics of hiring, coordination, and people processes, ensuring that our remote infrastructure remains organized and efficient. This role requires high-level execution skills and a process-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Execution & Coordination
- Manage the daily logistics of workforce operations and process execution.
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring workflows, onboarding schedules, and internal people processes.
- Maintain accurate operational trackers, project schedules, and internal documentation.
Recruitment & Pipeline Support
- Partner with the recruitment team to handle interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and status updates.
- Ensure candidate pipelines are updated in real-time, providing a smooth journey from application to hire.
- Track and ensure the timely completion of all operational deliverables.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive and clean workforce data across all internal records.
- Generate basic operational reports and performance updates for leadership.
- Uphold strict data consistency and process adherence.
Stakeholder Alignment
- Serve as a key point of contact for HR teams, recruiters, and internal leads.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across distributed remote teams.
Who You Are
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or workforce management.
- Technical Savvy: Highly proficient in Google Sheets / MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Execution-Driven: You have a process-oriented mindset and an obsession with detail.
- Remote-Ready: You are a self-starter who thrives in a 100% remote environment.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to coordinate complex schedules and communicate clearly across teams.
