Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Manager Intern located in Noida. The intern will support managing influencer relationships, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in strategy formulation. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding influencers, facilitating collaborations with clients, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining relationships with both talent and brands. The role requires multitasking in a dynamic environment and contributing to impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with influencers and brands
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle campaign coordination and deadlines
- Familiarity with social media trends, influencer marketing, and content creation
- Analytical skills to track campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software is a plus
- Creativity and enthusiasm to contribute innovative ideas for campaigns
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
