Job Title: Talent Manager – Influencer Marketing
Role Summary: We are looking for a driven professional to handle influencer discovery, outreach, and deal closure. This role will help build a strong in-house creator network and reduce dependency on external agencies.
Job responsibilities:
Find and onboard relevant influencers (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Manage outreach and build relationships with creators
Negotiate and close deals with influencers
Ensure campaigns stay within budget and are cost-effective
Work with internal teams to match influencers with campaigns
Maintain and update the influencer database
Track creator performance and build a preferred creator pool
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience using influencer discovery tools
Understanding of influencer pricing and market trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
