Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, scout, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong database of creators across multiple categories such as lifestyle, beauty, fashion, gaming, finance, tech, food, and entertainment.
- Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement metrics, content style, brand suitability, and market positioning.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes for new creators.
Talent Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned influencers and creator talent.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, agencies, managers, and talent representatives.
- Understand creator goals and align them with relevant brand collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with talent to ensure strong engagement and retention.
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate with internal Brand Management, Planning, Pricing, and Campaign Management teams for smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
- Ensure creators deliver content within timelines and as per campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign deliverables, revisions, approvals, and posting schedules.
- Handle escalation management and resolve issues related to content delays, compliance, or creator concerns.
Negotiation & Commercial Management
- Negotiate influencer commercials, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines effectively.
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining strong creator relationships.
- Manage contracts, invoices, and payment coordination for creators.
- Maintain commercial records and campaign documentation accurately.
Talent Growth & Strategy
- Help creators grow their personal brand presence and identify monetization opportunities.
- Suggest content trends, collaboration ideas, and platform strategies to creators.
- Work closely with strategy teams to recommend relevant creators for campaigns based on brand objectives.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, creator economy shifts, and viral content formats.
Reporting & Operations
- Maintain accurate creator databases, engagement history, campaign records, and rate cards.
- Share regular updates with internal stakeholders regarding creator availability, performance, and campaign status.
- Analyze creator performance metrics and campaign outcomes for future recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and influencer marketing tools/platforms.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
