About the Role:
This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of content creators. You will be responsible for ensuring creators perform consistently, build strong personal brands, and successfully execute brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a set of creators as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
- Develop and guide creators on content strategy, positioning, and audience growth.
- Identify relevant brand collaboration opportunities aligned with each creator’s profile.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Monitor creator performance using key metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth trends.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve content quality and performance.
- Ensure creators maintain professionalism, consistency, and adherence to brand requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with creators to ensure retention and growth on the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-4 years of prior experience.
- Strong understanding of the content creator and influencer ecosystem.
- Experience in managing creators, campaigns, or social media accounts.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple creators simultaneously.
- Understanding of content performance metrics and audience behavior.
- Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
