Associate Talent Manager – Hey! Creators
We’re looking for a Talent Manager to work closely with digital creators and help them grow through brand collaborations, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator world, enjoys building relationships with brands, and can manage the end-to-end lifecycle of influencer collaborations.
Job Description
- Manage creator communication and support their day-to-day professional requirements.
- Handle creator emails and brand inquiries, negotiate and close brand deals.
- Manage the end-to-end process of influencer collaborations from pitching to campaign completion.
- Actively reach out to brands that would be a great fit for our creators.
- Track campaign payments, invoices, and finances related to collaborations.
- Build platform and brand partnerships that create new opportunities for creators.
How Your Day Might Look
- Tracking and responding to emails from brands and creators to stay on top of collaboration opportunities.
- Maintaining a structured track of creators, brands, and ongoing collaborations to ensure smooth management.
- Talking with brands and negotiating deals to secure the best partnerships for creators.
- Regular check-ins with creators to understand their needs, content plans, and ongoing collaborations.
- Thinking critically during campaign execution to manage timelines, deliverables, and brand expectations.
- Actively outbounding to brands to discover new collaboration opportunities for creators.
Who You Are
- Passionate about the creator economy and influencer marketing.
- A strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns.
- Confident with brand outreach, negotiations, and deal closures.
