Role Description
This is an internship role for a Talent Manager, and the position is fully remote. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding emerging talents(Creators), maintaining relationships with creators, and managing communication between clients and talent. Key responsibilities include organising and executing talent partnerships, coordinating event participation, and ensuring that talents' needs are met while aligning with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with talent and other stakeholders
- Experience in talent acquisition or management, with an understanding of creative industries
- Project management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination
- Passion for the creative industry and understanding of Gen Z culture and trends
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Relevant educational background in Media, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields is a plus
