Role: Talent Manager
We are looking for a Talent Manager who understands the creator ecosystem, has strong communication skills and can efficiently manage creators, campaigns and brand relationships.
The role involves coordinating brand collaborations, handling creator communication and helping creators grow their digital presence and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators/influencers
- Coordinate brand collaborations from discussion to execution
- Handle campaign timelines, deliverables and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and creators
- Negotiate collaboration commercials and deliverables
- Source and onboard new creators for the agency
- Assist creators with brand positioning and growth opportunities
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal team, brands and creators
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management or brand collaborations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube and creator ecosystem
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-driven, organized and proactive mindset
- Passion for social media, creators and digital culture
- Interest in automotive content is a plus
