We're Hiring — Talent Manager @ Palverse Media 🎯

At Palverse Media, we're building something focused. We manage health, wellness, and nutrition creators — and we're looking for someone who genuinely understands what it takes to grow a creator's career, not just send brand emails.
What you'll actually do:
→ Onboard and manage a roster of creators end-to-end
→ Identify brand-creator fit and pitch collabs that make sense
→ Negotiate deals, follow up, close — and then do it again
→ Be the single point of contact that creators trust and rely on
→ Track deliverables, timelines, and payments without being chased
What we're looking for:
→ 0–1 year of experience in talent management or creator partnerships
→ You know the difference between a media kit and a rate card
→ You've worked with or alongside creators — even informally counts
→ Strong communication, zero drama, high ownership
→ Someone who treats creators like clients, not just content machines
Details:
📍 Work From Home (Monday–Saturday)
⏰ 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (flexible for the right person)
💼 Full-time | Growth-focused role
