Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Manager, located in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will oversee day-to-day engagement with talent, negotiate contracts and brand partnerships, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Responsibilities include scouting and onboarding new talent, handling schedules and communications, providing strategic career guidance, and ensuring alignment between brand needs and talent delivery.
Qualifications
- Talent management and contract negotiation skills, with the ability to manage schedules and build strong client relationships
- Experience in influencer marketing and digital campaign execution
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills for scouting and onboarding new talent
- Project management and multitasking skills to ensure timely and efficient execution of campaigns
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of social media trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in talent or influencer management, marketing, or the entertainment industry is a plus
