Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Manager role based in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will be responsible for scouting and onboarding new talent, managing influencer relationships, and strategically guiding talent to grow their personal brands and achieve career objectives. Additional responsibilities include developing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and curating bespoke campaigns. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align creative strategies with client goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Talent Management, Relationship Building, and Influencer Partnerships. (1-2 years)
- Familiarity with Social Media Strategy, and campaign execution.
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills.
- Strategic Planning and Project Management experience to drive results.
- Proficiency in understanding the dynamics of cultural trends and social media platforms.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
