Influink is looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch brands and agencies for influencer collaborations.
- Close paid brand deals and sponsorships for creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and marketing agencies.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from onboarding to payment.
- Coordinate with creators to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Achieve monthly collaboration and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or Brand Partnerships.
- Proven track record of successfully pitching brands and closing collaborations.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem.
- Existing connections with brands and agencies will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
