Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Talent Manager/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own book of business, working with a diverse group of creators to connect them with exciting brand partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in all aspects of influencer campaigns, from initial brand discovery to campaign fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Nurture Your Portfolio:
1-Identify and recruit talented influencers across various social media platforms.
2-Develop and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of influencers, serving as their main point of contact.
3-Strategically grow your book of business by identifying and onboarding new influencers.
Brand Partnerships:
4-Collaborate with the influencer team to identify suitable brands for your influencers.
5-Actively seek out and secure partnerships, negotiating terms and agreements.
6-Foster long-term relationships with brands and continuously provide excellent service.
Campaign Management:
7-Oversee the entire campaign process, from ideation to execution.
8-Ensure campaign objectives are met and deliverables are executed to a high standard.
9-Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Influencer Development
10-Provide guidance and support to influencers to help them enhance their content and engagement.
11-Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to help influencers adapt and succeed.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or account management.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful influencer partnerships.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
