Role Description
The Talent Manager will oversee and manage the professional activities and public appearances of our talents, focusing on growing career opportunities and fostering long-term success. Responsibilities include strategizing and negotiating contracts, identifying potential opportunities such as collaborations and endorsements, and managing schedules and bookings for optimal use of the talent’s time. Additional duties include building strong industry networks, coordinating efficiently with clients and agencies, and representing the talent at meetings and events as needed. This full-time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
Qualifications
- Talent Management, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
- Project Coordination, Scheduling, and Time Management abilities
- Marketing, Brand Development, and Client Representation experience
- Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Digital Platforms and Social Media Management
- Networking and understanding of the entertainment or music industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
