Job Summary**
Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition and management strategies. This role is crucial in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive Hitachi's continued innovation and growth.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Hitachi's global business objectives and local market needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management to optimize team effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and future talent needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify talent trends, measure recruitment effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Hitachi as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition and management.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and talent management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a large, complex organization.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing innovative talent strategies.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies, including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, and employer branding.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment is highly desirable.
