About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People function.
This pivotal role will be responsible for building an A-team across leadership and lateral hiring as we scale rapidly. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on attracting, assessing, and securing top-tier talent aligned with our mission and high-performance culture.
You will have one team member reporting to you, focusing on lateral and leadership hiring efforts. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and will be based in Kurla, Mumbai.
What You’ll Own
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & A-Team Building- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s aggressive growth plans
- Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership and lateral roles across functions (Clinical, Operations, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build strong candidate profiles
- Proactively attract and engage top-tier talent through innovative sourcing strategies
2. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement- Implement diverse sourcing strategies across networks, social media, events, and referrals
- Build strong pipelines of high-calibre candidates
- Drive employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
3. Assessment & Selection Excellence- Design and implement effective assessment methods (interviews, case studies, technical evaluations, etc.)
- Train hiring managers on best practices and unbiased evaluation
- Lead offer discussions and close candidates with competitive compensation
4. Process Optimization & Data-Driven Insights- Optimize recruitment processes and tools (ATS, CRM)
- Track key metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates
- Share insights and reports with leadership to improve hiring effectiveness
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Employer Branding- Work closely with leadership and department heads on hiring priorities
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices
What We’re Looking For
Experience- 3–8 years in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to leadership and lateral hiring
- Proven ability to hire top-tier talent across functions
- Experience in high-growth environments (B2C, D2C, healthcare, or startups preferred)
- Strong track record in managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
Skills & Expertise- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM platforms)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of employer branding and talent positioning
- Data-driven approach to hiring decisions
Education- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
