Team: HireDesigners, core role supporting every recruiter
Role summary: You are the central pillar for sourcing quality. You will build the talent engine that powers all closures. You will own the candidate pool quality, freshness, segmentation, and sourcing strategy across disciplines.
What you will do: You will design and run sourcing systems that consistently produce high quality shortlists. You will expand the database with relevance, not noise. You will segment talent by skills, seniority, domain, location, salary bands, and availability, and keep this information fresh.
Recruiter enablement: You will partner with recruiters daily, understand role requirements fast, propose target profiles, suggest search strategies, and deliver sourcing packs with ready candidate slates.
Talent intelligence: You will track hiring trends, salary signals, discipline demand, and candidate availability patterns. You will convert these insights into practical guidance for recruiters and the BD team.
BD support and guardrails: You will advise what roles are realistically closeable, which briefs are risky, and what expectation resets are needed before we commit.
What you must be good at: Sourcing craft, structured data thinking, high ownership, and strong judgement on quality. You should enjoy deep work and love building systems that scale.
Good to have: Strong command on search strings, platform sourcing, database hygiene, and exposure to design roles and portfolios.
What success looks like in 90 days: Shorter sourcing cycles, higher shortlist quality, better hit rate from first list, and a visibly stronger talent pipeline across priority disciplines.
Tools and working style: Database discipline, ATS or CRM hygiene, dashboards, and weekly sourcing metrics.
