Role: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
Salary: ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 (During 3 Months’ Probation)
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
Mandatory Requirement: BPO Hiring Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment (BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Field Roles)
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms
Conduct telephonic interviews
Coordinate with clients and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
Requirements:

Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently
