Lexington, KYFull-Time | Monday–Thursday

$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience

 

Justice Dental Blazer is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a full-time role in a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice that values teamwork, hospitality, and exceptional care.

About the Role

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our office, ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from check-in to check-out.

A Day In the Life Of

  • Greeting and checking patients in and out

  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments

  • Supporting front desk operations

  • Assisting with patient flow and communication

  • Providing an exceptional patient experience every day

We’re looking for someone with a bright, kind personality and strong attention to detail. Personality and communication are extremely important in this role.

 

  • 1–2 years of experience (preferred, not required)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment

  • Associate’s degree
