Job Title: Talent Executive
Job Summary
The Talent Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities to meet the organization's hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Support induction and onboarding processes.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners when required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Generate recruitment MIS reports and track key hiring metrics.
Participate in campus drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
