📢 Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruitment)
📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
💼 Work Mode: Hybrid
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in IT Recruitment to join our growing team in Mumbai. If you are passionate about hiring, understand technical roles, and can manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, we would love to connect with you!
⚠️ Note: Candidates must have prior experience working in a consultancy/staffing company. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
🔹 Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Experience with IT staffing/recruitment companies is mandatory
- Candidates based in Mumbai only
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen and shortlist technical profiles across various technologies
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Manage candidate communication and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to close positions efficiently
🔹 Mandatory Skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
🔹 Preferred Skills
- Experience handling client requirements in a staffing company
- Knowledge of contract and permanent hiring
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
