About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can own and scale paid acquisition across digital channels. This is not a general digital marketing role.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in performance marketing, paid media, D2C/e-commerce growth, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency across the brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
➢ Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
➢ Own and manage significant monthly advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns.
➢ Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across the entire customer funnel — prospecting, consideration, conversion, retargeting, and retention.
➢ Continuously optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, revenue, and LTV.
➢ Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies across new customer acquisition, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and high-value customer cohorts.
➢ Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad formats, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures to identify growth opportunities.
➢ Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins.
➢ Work closely with creative, content, design, and e-commerce teams to develop high converting ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
➢ Analyze customer and campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improving acquisition and conversion.
➢ Track and evaluate the performance of different channels and campaigns through attribution and analytics platforms.
➢ Develop regular performance reports and dashboards with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans for leadership.
➢ Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to align performance marketing strategy with overall business and revenue objectives.
➢ Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, attribution, tracking, consumer behavior, and emerging performance marketing trends.
What We’re Looking For
➢ 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with D2C, ecommerce, consumer, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
➢ Strong hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google. Experience with Amazon Ads and other performance channels is an advantage.
➢ Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
➢ Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, attribution, and conversion optimization.
➢ Demonstrated ability to build and execute full-funnel customer acquisition strategies.
➢ Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to convert campaign data into actionable business decisions.
➢ Experience with campaign experimentation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
➢ Strong understanding of D2C/e-commerce customer journeys and conversion funnels.
➢ Ability to work independently, take ownership of budgets and performance, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present performance insights to founders and business teams.
Preferred
➢ Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, Lifestyle, or other consumer brands.
➢ Experience with GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising Console, Shopify Analytics, and performance reporting/dashboard tools.
➢ Experience working with large-scale D2C advertising budgets.
➢ Understanding of attribution models, tracking, pixels/events, conversion APIs, and marketing analytics.
➢ Experience working in a fast-growing D2C or e-commerce environment.
