Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Talent Engineer at Invyte.ai. The Talent Engineer will design, implement, and manage processes for identifying and engaging highly skilled IT professionals. Responsibilities include collaborating with recruiters to leverage the AI-powered platform, strategizing talent acquisition efforts, enhancing candidate engagement strategies, and optimizing the recruitment process for efficiency. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, while contributing to redefining talent acquisition in the IT sector.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing, and recruitment operations
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for optimizing applicant screening and assessment
- Experience with ATS systems and familiarity with AI-based recruitment tools is a plus
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with a results-driven attitude
- Knowledge of the IT industry or recruitment trends and best practices is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field strongly preferred
