What you'll do:
- Own talent sourcing and hiring coordination
- Create an exceptional candidate experience
- Support onboarding and employee engagement
- Help shape culture initiatives and internal events
- Work closely with the Founder on people-first programs
We're looking for someone who:
- Is pursuing or has recently completed an MBA/HR degree
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills
- Is proactive, creative, and people-oriented
- Wants to learn how startups build teams from scratch
