Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent & Culture Executive based in New Delhi.
This role is primarily focused on hiring strong talent for the agency, while also managing day-to-day HR operations and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.
You will work closely with the founders and be responsible for ensuring we hire well, integrate people smoothly, and maintain team alignment across both offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Own end-to-end hiring across roles (content, design, performance marketing, strategy, accounts, operations)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of agency-relevant talent
- Screen candidates based on practical ability and role fit, not just resumes
- Drive fast hiring cycles and ensure positions are closed efficiently
2.HR Operations & Admin (Secondary)
- Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Handle attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and basic HR processes
- Oversee day-to-day office administration across locations
3.Culture & Engagement
- Drive simple, consistent team engagement and bonding initiatives
- Ensure alignment and communication across both offices
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and internal coordination
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of HR experience with mandatory experience in hiring for marketing/creative/integrated agencies
- Strong understanding of agency roles (content, design, performance marketing, etc.)
- Proven ability to close roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people judgment skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to work without constant direction
- Ability to balance hiring speed with quality
