For users who want deeper guidance, the app offers Personal CFO, a premium SEBI-registered advisory service for end-to-end financial planning. Insurance advisory is handled through Pillow, an independent vertical focused on transparent, long-term protection.

Key Responsibilities :-
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Culture Development
Drive initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, feedback loops, and team events to enhance morale, collaboration, and retention.
Talent Development
Support learning initiatives, track training participation, and coordinate capability-building programs.
HR Operations & Innovation
Take ownership of core HR processes, identify areas of improvement, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights and automation using Excel.
Employer Branding
Support and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent market presence through social media, campaigns, events, and employee advocacy.
HR Compliance
Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, documentation standards, and internal compliance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong passion for people, culture, and talent development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and ownership-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with HR data
- Good understanding of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes
