Role Description
Itinero is seeking a motivated Talent Coordinator for a full-time, remote position. This role involves supporting the talent acquisition and management process, coordinating onboarding activities, managing candidate communications, and providing administrative support to the talent team. The Talent Coordinator will work closely with other team members to ensure a positive and smooth experience for both candidates and employees, playing a key role in fostering a strong organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and managing organizational processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of Talent Management and Onboarding processes to support recruitment and employee integration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and documentation best practices is an advantage.
