Role Description
The Talent & Content Lead will be a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual will lead and manage content creation, oversee recruitment strategy, and align team goals with company objectives. This role entails generating compelling content for multiple channels, implementing content strategies that align with brand values, and managing a team of creatives. The Lead will also oversee talent acquisition, ensuring the organization attracts top-tier candidates, and foster internal collaboration for seamless execution of content and hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Content Strategy, Content Creation, and Editing across multiple platforms
- Strong skills in Creative Writing, Copywriting, and Marketing Communication
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Social Media Strategy
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Team Leadership
- Ability to conduct comprehensive Research and utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate or consulting industries will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
