About the role
- 7–8 years of SAP CO experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations (implementation experience is mandatory — pure support profiles will not qualify)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Product Costing and COPA in manufacturing environments
- S/4HANA experience (Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, Universal Journal concepts)
- Excellent verbal and written communication — ability to independently run client workshops and interact with CFO/Finance Head-level stakeholders
- Solid understanding of FI-CO integration and manufacturing processes (PP-CO integration)
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
Good to Have
- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) qualification — strong plus
- SAP CO certification (S/4HANA Management Accounting)
- Experience in RISE with SAP / GROW with SAP engagements
- Exposure to Group Reporting, PaPM, or SAC planning
- Domain background in auto ancillary, chemicals, pharma, or cement industries
