Role: Test SME – Digital Banking
Role Purpose
· Lead testing initiatives across Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Digital Onboarding, Payments, Wealth and Customer Engagement platforms.
Mandatory Skills
Banking experience
Digital Banking testing experience
· Strong knowledge of Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, Wealth and Customer Journeys
· Experience in SIT, UAT, E2E and Regression Testing
· Stakeholder and vendor management experience
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of Equity Trading and Wealth Management
· API and Microservices testing exposure
· Automation tools such as Playwright, Tosca, Selenium or Appium
Key Responsibilities
· Define testing strategy and coverage
· Review requirements and customer journeys
· Support SIT/UAT/E2E testing
· Drive defect triage and quality governance
· Support go-live and production validation
Project Overview
· Support strategic Digital Banking transformation initiatives across regional programs.
