About the Role
As a Talent Attraction Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and assessing high-quality talent across technology and business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply curious about talent markets, and enjoys solving complex hiring challenges.

What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end sourcing and initial screening for open roles across tech (mostly) and non-tech domains
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative channels
- Conduct high quality screening conversations to assess candidate fit (skills, mindset, and motivation)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring expectations
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver a great candidate experience
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and working on complex/niche roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of the technology talent landscape
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new domains and roles
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Passion for building careers and connecting talent with the right opportunities
