This is an implant role operating out of our client's site in Gurgaon. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in recruitment, coordination, stakeholder management, collaboration, and resume screening.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Collaborating with team members to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify top talent for open positions.
- Providing support in scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
- Assisting in organizing recruitment events and activities to attract top candidates.
- Contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition team through various projects and initiatives.
