Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to drive and scale hiring in a fast-paced, analytics-led organization. This role will lead high-volume recruitment initiatives, primarily for data and analytics talent, within a complex, matrixed environment. The position requires a strategic thinker who can balance execution excellence with stakeholder management while building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 10–12 TA professionals
• Drive team performance through clear KPIs, coaching, and capability building
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture
• Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Own and deliver end-to-end hiring strategy for high-volume analytics roles
• Partner with business leaders to forecast demand and build proactive hiring plans
• Continuously optimize sourcing channels, employer branding, and candidate experience
• High-Volume Hiring Execution
• Manage large-scale hiring mandates across data analytics, AI, and related skill sets
• Ensure speed, quality, and cost efficiency in hiring outcomes
• Build scalable hiring frameworks and processes
• Stakeholder & Matrix Management
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrix structure
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent market insights and hiring strategies
• Metrics & Governance
• Drive a data-driven recruitment approach with strong focus on metrics, reporting, and analytics
• Track and improve key KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
• Ensure compliance, process rigor, and governance across hiring practices
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 15–18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience in leading high-volume hiring environments, preferably within analytics, technology, or data-driven organizations
• Strong leadership experience managing and scaling TA teams
• Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations
• Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and process optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
