Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive – ELV (Blue Collar Hiring)
Location: New Delhi

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of renewal after a performance evaluation, to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce requirements within the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) industry. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding technicians, helpers, and site staff for projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field hiring, vendor coordination, and high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk hiring for ELV roles, including CCTV technicians, access control technicians, electricians, helpers, and supervisors, on a Pan India Basis.
- Source candidates through job portals, contractor networks, and local references
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate with the Technical supervisor/head of departments, and close until the HR manager makes an offer.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines
- Maintain a pipeline of readily available candidates for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Handle documentation and onboarding processes
- Ensure timely mobilisation of manpower at project sites
- Track and report recruitment metrics (closures, TAT, attrition, etc.)
- Maintain the database and records of candidates and hiring status
- Build relationships with vendors, contractors, and local hiring sources
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or ELV industry
- Male Candidates would be given preference, please
- Strong experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring is essential
- Willingness to travel for field hiring and site visits
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Profile:
- Familiarity with ELV roles and technical skill sets
- Experience working with manpower agencies and contractors
- Candidate should be comfortable working in field-intensive roles and coordinating with on-site teams
