Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Associate/HR Recruiter role located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. The Talent Acquisition Associate will also coordinate and schedule interviews, build professional relationships with hiring managers, maintain accurate records of recruitment processes, and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring journey. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, encompassing end-to-end hiring processes
- Proficiency in Conducting Interviews and assessing candidates thoroughly
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams
- General understanding of hiring practices and HR management
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within relevant industries is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
