Working days : 5 Days ( WFO Only)
Time : 10 AM – 7 PM
Need to work on both IT (50%) & Non IT (50%) roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT & NON-IT recruitment across Real Estate / Construction, Tourism, Digital Marketing, IT, B2B SAAS etc
Need to work on both IT (50%) & Non IT (50%) roles.
· Build strong pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn & reference.
· Ensure quality hiring with strong turnaround time (TAT).
Eligibility Criteria:
· Should have done at least 3 months of Internship in Talent Acquisition
· MBA/ or Graduate in HR or related field preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic understanding of recruitment process and job portals
· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required:
· Good communication & negotiation skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel
· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
