Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition - Trainee based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition - Trainee will focus on supporting the recruitment process end-to-end, engaging in tasks such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align talent strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practices
- Skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Understanding of Hiring processes and strategies
- Familiarity with Employer Branding initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous internship or experience in talent acquisition is a plus
