TCS Mumbai is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Tower Lead!
Role: Tower Lead

Shift: US Shift (India Night Shifts)
Summary: The role requires Senior Managers, having experience with end to end TA Operations in context with BPS/BPO outsourcing for US market. Also, prior experience of handling a team (directly/indirectly) of minimum 50-100 plus FTEs is must.
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):
- Deep TA Leadership Experience in Outsourcing (BPS Context) - 16+ years in outsourcing with 6–7+ years leading large TA operations (recruitment lifecycle including onboarding, interview scheduling, and hiring operation) for the US market within a BPS/outsourcing environment (e.g., Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, etc.)
- Large-Scale Team Leadership - Proven ability to manage 200+ FTEs across multiple locations
- Stakeholder & Client Management - Experience working with global/US stakeholders and managing client relationships
- Operational Governance & SLA Management - Strong experience managing global stakeholders and driving governance cadence (WBR/MBR/QBR) with SLA ownership

- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
