Talent Acquisition Team Leader
Knowledge/Skills required:
Minimum 10 - 12 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US Market
Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain
Leading Sourcing and Screening full TA stack teams of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid
to High, and Executive roles across different organizations/business units.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail,
and the ability to work and lead teams.
Should be ready to work on the night shift.
Should have a fair knowledge of ATS (iCIMS, Job Diva, Success Factor, CareerBuilder, Indeed,
etc.)
Good operational knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added
advantage.
Creative thinker and solution-oriented approach.
Leadership Skills
Educational Qualifications:
Three Year / Four-Year Degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience + Master Program
Good to have skills:
Experience with US experience in BFSI and Service Industry
Knowledge of Various ATS (Job Diva, Bullhorn, Success Factor, iCIMS etc.)
Typical Responsibilities:
Managing Team of Recruiters
Leading the team ~ Full life cycle recruiting experience - understanding the job order, sourcing
and qualifying the right candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals.
Work closely with Hiring Managers for all their talent needs, prepare talent insights and requisition
status and offer management.
Managing all stakeholders external and internal.
Communicating with hiring managers and team leads throughout the hiring process.
Maintain daily and weekly client reports.
