🚨 Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (In-House US Staffing – India-Based Role)

📍 Location: Noida (100% Onsite)

🕕 Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM IST

⚠️ Note: This opportunity is strictly for professionals with experience in in-house/corporate recruitment for US Staffing. Candidates with only agency/consulting experience will not be considered.

We are expanding our internal TA team and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the dynamics of corporate hiring for US Staffing. If you've recruited internal positions in the US staffing space (recruiters, leads, etc.) and worked closely with leadership on hiring strategies, we want to hear from you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the full-cycle internal recruitment process for US Staffing roles in India.
• Collaborate with delivery managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline for roles across technical and non-technical domains.
• Provide consistent, high-quality candidate experience and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track, analyze, and optimize recruitment performance through data and reporting.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of in-house TA experience focused on hiring for US Staffing roles in India.
• Deep understanding of US IT Staffing hiring practices, recruiter metrics, and TA operations.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
